MEDITATION, BRAINWAVES AND BEING
A four week course integrating
contemporary brainwave
research with traditional meditation practices.
This course is an introduction to a meditation process that
builds conscious access to and integration of all aspects of
one's Being. The goal is to bridge our waking consciousness
with the source of thought-- our Essential Self, allowing us
to live more joyful and creative lives.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:
- Understand an EEG diagram of what goes on in your brain when
you meditate;
- Explore the beta, alpha, theta and delta brainwave categories
and their relationships to states of consciousness;
- Learn how to deeply relax when you want to,
- Experience and expand your ability to vividly imagine,
- Access resources from the subconscious and uncousnioius for
greater creativity and solving emotional problems;
- Integrate the mind's natural state of deep bliss into everyday
living.
BRAINWAVE PROFILE: those interested will receive a brainwave
profile of their own meditative state.

Jerry Rosser, MFT has practiced and taught counseling
since 1983, specializing in work with children and families. His
deep faith in the essential beauty of each person inspires a passionate
commitment to support people in their evolutionary unfoldment.
This commitment has emerged from over 30 years of studying and
practicing a broad range of meditation systems from traditions
such as Theosophy, Advaita Vedanta, Zen and A Course in Miracles.
Jerry was involved in the early psychosynthesis movement and was
a Co-Founder of The Synthesis Center in Amherst, MA. He has also
trained with the International Network of Esoteric Healers and
practices energy healing. In 2001, he began exploring the exciting
potential of combining biofeedback, meditation and psychotherapy.
Subsequently, he became certified in EEG Biofeedback and began
teaching and integrating these diverse approaches to human growth
and transformation. He is currently a case manager and telephonic
crisis counselor for Health Net and has a private psychotherapy
practice in the San Francisco Bay Area.
